Valinvest offers two investment means: investments funds as well as mergers and acquisitions, both depending in the kind of required investment.
We invest in companies, with propietary or third party capital, and actively participate in its management with the support of expert advisors in diverse fields as top management, human resources and development, corporate finance, sales and marketing.
Regarding support in top management we participate, through our consulting company Sonnenfeld Group, directly in the strategic planning orientation, its implementation and follow up.
On the other side, we incorporate the CEOs of those companies we invest in the Executive Forum program, a peer to peer advisory forum. This allows access to the experience and collective knowledge of different CEOs actively leading their companies. This forum offers a proper space for comparing ideas, think over planning and goals as well as consulting on challenges and opportunities. This process translates in better decision making, new perspectives and security.
